Registration: Adria Security Summit, leading annual conference and exhibition of the Adriatic region's security
industry, will be held at Gospodarsko razstavišče - Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre in Ljubljana, Slovenia,
from 12 – 13 September 2018 (09:00 – 15:00), while the 14th is reserved for Ljubljana City Tour (activate it by choosing
the link connected to the three-day program) from 09:00 – 15:00. All participants must confirm their attendance by submitting
the registration application which is available on the website of the Summit.
By selecting one of the above mentioned tickets, you will trigger a registration process and afterwards receive the instructions
in automatic messages you need to follow. At the end of a process that can not last more than 5 minutes, you will get
QR Cod and Ticket that you can print or store on your mobile device because it is required to acquire accreditation when
entering the conference venue and at any time during the Summit.
It is possible to pay on-site by card or in cash (in Euro currency), and invoices can be issued on behalf of your company.
We advise you to make a payment before the Summit in order to have registration process and your application timely done.
* For tickets under number 1,2,5, and 6 in case the sponsor wants to cover the mentioned cost per visitor, an additional
30% discount is granted.
The fee does not include accommodation costs. Please note that when booking a hotel accomodation, emphasize that you are
the participants of the Adria Security Summit 2018 conference and exhibition, and use the codes from the website for
Summit guests. The deadline for online registration is 10 September 2018.
The registration of media, students and other interested persons is specifically considered and the organizer reserves the
right to disable the presence of individuals, organizations and legal entities.
Cancellation: Cancellations received in writing by (15.08.2017.) are entitled to full refund of the registration
fee (minus EUR 20 for the administrative expenses). No refund will be provided after this date.
Payment: Payments can be made by bank transfer. Checks will not be accepted. All delegates are advised to pay
the full price prior to the event, in order to avoid any delays in collecting their accreditations and other material.
Participant Substitution: A participant who paid the registration fee, can be replaced by a colleague at no
extra cost, but he/she has to provide the organizers, that will make standard registration of a substitute, with substitute's
Parking: Parking lot is available in front of the hotel at a price of 5 € per day for Resort guests
i 4€/hour for other participants, but there is also a free public parking lot just across the hotel (100m).
Accreditations: Accreditations with full names will be made for each participant and the registration will take
place at the entrance to the conference premises on Tuesday, 11. September 2018, from 6 PM to 9 PM and on Wednesday,
12. September 2018, from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
Food and beverage: Lunch and coffee breaks will be organized according to Conference agenda.
Mobile phones: In order to avoid interruption of speakers and visitors, please put your mobile phones on silent
during the conference presentations.
Evaluation Forms: Please fill the evaluation forms, which are available on Adria Security Summits’ official
Android and IOS application.
Medical personnel services: Paramedics will be available at the convention center during the conference. In
case that you need medical assistance, please notify the officers at the entrance to the conference premises or in conference
Lost property: If you lose any of your belongings in the conference center, please notify the officers at the
entrance to the conference premises.
